We provide complimentary ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

*Bulky items may attract an additional flat rate for shipping, this will be detailed in the shopping cart prior to check-out as well as labelled in the product description.

Tracking details are provided for all of our orders. If your tracking is not updating, please contact us and we will assist you by checking with the carrier.

Please note that once your order is processed, picked and packed, a shipping label will be generated but pickup may occur the following business day (resulting in a delay in tracking update).

We want you to love our products as much as we do. We offer returns on unopened/unused goods for change of mind within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging and untested. Shipping for change of mind returns is at your own expense.

Complete our RMA form to be issued a return number and further instructions.

For warranty returns, complete the RMA form and await further instructions. Upon approval, shipping on these kinds of returns will be covered by Star LED.

If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please take photos, make a note with the delivery driver and contact us within 24hrs on info@starled.green or 423 460 4050 so that we can assist you with a carrier claim/replacement.
